Being an all-volunteer department requires our members to raise funds in order for us to operate efficiently.
We appreciate the support of our community and major contributors: Ski Shawnee and the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort. The company's operations are supported in part by funding from the municipalities it serves, monetary contributions, and events. Your participation and support is greatly appreciated!

Last Wednesday in September at the Shawnee Inn & Golf Resort
1) Golf is open to new and returning players
- Your registration and payment secure your spot.
- First come, first served.
2) 12:00 pm shotgun start (check in starts at 11 am)
- scramble format
- prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd low gross in each of the 2 flights, longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.
- match of cards for tie-breaker
3) Cost is $100 per player, payment can be made through the online forml or submit your check to the Shawnee Fire Company, PO Box 187, Shawnee-on-Delaware, PA 18356-0187, Attn: Golf Tournament
- Play is open to adults
- Dress is golf casual with soft spikes, no denim
- The $100 covers golf, a cart, beverage on the course, and dinner in the Inn
4) Raffle tickets will be available on the course and at dinner for additional prizes
We will be accepting registration for golfers through September 15. Use the online form or download and mail the completed printable Golf Registration Form (pdf). This year you can choose to complete your online payment directly in the form or select to submit your payment via mail or in person.
Sponsorships and Prize Donations
We are accepting donations and sponsorships in support of the volunteer efforts of Shawnee Fire Company. We appreciate your
- sponsoring a tee/green at $100.00 per sponsorship. Each sponsor will have a sign placed on the course advertising their organization/company
- donating a monetary amount, gift certificate, or raffle prize
Use the online or printable form to register as a sponsor or offer a donation before September 15. A member will contact you to confirm details and/or collect your donation. (contact us for Tax Exempt Information and questions).
